LEARN HOW TO MOVE THE BARBELL WITH 3X CROSSFIT GAMES MASTERS ATHLETE AND FORMER TEAM USA OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTER, STEVE SWISTAK.

The six-week Weightlifting Technique Class provides participants with hands-on practical instruction on performing the snatch and the clean and jerk from former USA Weightlifting and CrossFit Games Athlete Steve Swistak. 

 

The weekly classes will take place in our private training room.  Emphasizing proper technique as the critical foundation for learning the Olympic lifts, this class is ideal for athletes new to using the snatch and the clean and jerk.  It is also great for experienced lifters and coaches to identify and correct bad habits becoming significantly more efficient in lifts to improve speed & power. 

 

The Barbell Technique class is limited to 10 participants allowing Swistak considerable time to work with each athlete and coach individually.
