Strength work is in full swing! This week you are hitting your week #3 of 6, which will build to a heavy 2 rep test in the Front Squat, Deadlift and Power Clean. This week athletes are getting after 4 sets, with the rep scheme of 6, 4, 4, and 2 - building to a heavy, but not a 2 rep max. Gotta save some in the tank for week 6 of 6.
