METCON
Our 60 minute NCMETCON class is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and Olympic lifts. Every day brings something new. This is what makes this program our most popular.

SWISTAK YOUTH PROGRAM
The Swistak Youth Development Program is a carefully curated weightlifting & Olympic lifting syllabus for young athletes aged 11+ by renowned former Team USA weightlifting competitor, Olympic weightlifting coach and 3x Crossfit Games masters athlete Steven Swistak.

BARBELL TECHNIQUE
The perfect addition to your METCON classes, or a great stand-alone practice this 6-week course is open to all members and non-members wanting to learn, or perfect lifting technique, build strength and develop confidence around the barbell to master all key lifts.

FWD.Fit TEENS
FWD.Fit TEENS is a strength and conditioning program designed for both athletes and non-athletes aged 12-17.
The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high-intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as establish a lifelong love of fitness.

Alongside our daily class timetable we offer Personal Training, Private Group Sessions, ATG, Sports Training/ Injury Rehab & Prevention & Yoga.
