Every class is led by an expert Coach to guide, motivate and inspire you from start to finish. FWD/Fit is proud to offer a wide range of classes and disciplines programmed by NCFIT to help you find what moves you to making better choices when it comes to your health and fitness.

METCON
Our 60 minute NCMETCON class is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and Olympic lifts. Every day brings something new. This is what makes this program our most popular.

NCX STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
NCX combines daily classic strength training and functional conditioning into one highly-effective program. Each day NCX athletes tackle a strength component followed by a “conditioning” workout (this is metabolic conditioning…a fancy way of saying you’re going to work hard!). Strength training in NCX revolves around the core lifts: squats, presses, deadlifts, and an introduction to Olympic lifting.

OLYMPIC LIFTING
The perfect addition to your METCON and NXC classes, our twice daily Olympic Lifting is open to all members to perfect your lifting technique, build strength and develop confidence around the barbell to master all key lifts.
