Realizing the missing link in his life, he jumped head first into the methodology and received his CrossFit L1 Certification. Now he is a local and team CrossFit competitor, most notably in Team Division at Wodapalooza in 2020.
Even more, than competing, Alex love’s to teach, coach, and connect with people and the ‘why' - honing in on their deeper motivations at the gym, and encouraging people to become the best version of themselves possible.
