Mark is an Australian ex-professional Rugby League player with over a decade of experience playing in Queensland, New South Wales, across Europe, and within the USA.  Mark also represented the USA national Rugby League team in the 2013 & 2017 World Cup, captaining the team in the 2017 campaign. 


Growing up within the competitive sporting world, Mark has always had an acute interest in health and wellness, he is particularly passionate about prevention techniques and bulletproofing bodies through nutrition and training.


Mark has been working in the industry for 13 years around the world alongside his rugby career and most recently opened a first gym in 2018 in Rural Queensland Australia, and then moved onto New York to open NCFIT Armonk in 2020.


Mark specializes in all things functional fitness from fat-loss to muscle gain and sports-specific training.  


Mark is dedicated to his trade, and to his clients. He really does want to make the world a healthier and fitter place.

Alex Is an extremely passionate health and fitness enthusiast.


Growing up playing nearly every sport available to him, he began to put most of his focus into baseball, until an elbow injury ended his career.


Graduating the University of Toledo with his Bachelor in Biology to pursue a career in Pharmacy, he’d never lost the competitive drive that team sports had instilled in him, and knew he’d make his way back into the sport/fitness space in some capacity.


After being introduced to functional fitness in 2019, he was immediately hooked. Realizing the missing link in his life, he jumped head first into the methodology, and received his CrossFit L1 Certification. Now he is a local and team CrossFit competitor, most notably Team Division at Wodapalooza in 2020.


Even more than competing, Alex love’s to teach, coach, and connect with people and the ‘why' - honing in on their deeper motivations at the gym, and encouraging people to become the best version of themselves possible. If you are an athlete that enjoys mindset and psychology, Coach Alex's classes are for you.

As a high school and college athlete, Carolina has always dedicated her time to working out and taking care of herself. To her, going to the gym is her happy place and she wishes to share that with you.


'Working out is not only about getting stronger, it is also about making time for yourself and realizing that taking care of your mind and overall well-being is just as important'.


Carolina started CrossFit in the summer of 2014 and has never looked back. Being part of a class keeps her motivated and the comradery of NCfit is what keeps her part of our family!


Carolina, a full-time Assistant Athletic Director at Sacred Heart Greenwich and a dedicated mom to a 2 year old little girl, she understands that balancing life is not easy but necessary.

Carolina's enthusiasm for the sport and helping others is infectious -  she is so excited to meet you and see you improve every single day.

Sergio started as a wrestler from Fox Lane trained under Coach Rodrigues, he’s built up years of resilience and grit to push through failure, self doubt, and turn that into fuel to drive ambition.


His weightlifting journey began in the summer of 2018 through finding CrossFit. Taking notice of his natural talent to perform well with the barbell, a transition to weightlifting was an obvious choice.


A year and a half later Sergio won his first competition in the 67kg class of the 2020 Hudson Valley Open. Now training under Coach Swistak, he looks to repeat that and make a name for himself.


Never being satisfied, and looking for new ways to push to that next level Sergio plans on certifying to a USAWL2 in the near future while also being as engaged as possible with the sport of weightlifting to expand its popularity and make it more accessible to anyone who has ambitions to compete.

Natalie is a natural born leader and teacher. She is as inspiring as she is knowledgable, and just knows how to motivate the class. 

Graduating from Stony Brook University with a degree in Mathematics continuing into a Masters of Education, Nat has experience teaching and coaching students of all ages and learning abilities form two years old to adults.  


Nat is all about precision and detail, her dedication to CrossFit came around 2012, starting initially for health and fitness but she quickly becoming a competitive athlete entering events such as the Granite Games and Wodapalooza.

Joe V loves the camaraderie of sports and has since a young age. He played soccer, basketball and football growing up and excelled as a high school wrestler until a serious knee injury ended his athletic career.

The first time he walked into a functional fitness gym, in February 2012, he saw everyone working hard, side by side, cheering each other on. It reminded him of his days in the wrestling room and he was instantly hooked. Seeing the positive effects functional fitness had on him, both physically and mentally, he became a firm believer in the CrossFit philosophy.

Becoming a Certified Level 1 CrossFit trainer in March 2013 only solidified his beliefs and increased his passion. In 2017 Joe decided to further his knowledge of functional fitness and earned USA Weightlifting Level 1 and CrossFit Level 2 certifications.  

In addition to his fitness certifications and 8 + years of coaching, Joe is also a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Police Officer.

Joe is excited to take the knowledge he has gathered over the years to help you achieve and surpass your health and fitness goals.
