ENDURANCE is an all levels class with no progressions or high skills movements, it has been created purely to build fitness levels that will help you in every day life, as well as any other training you do or sport you play.
ENDURANCE is primarily aerobic and anaerobic exercises to raise your heart rate, get the bloody pumping, lungs working, and endorphins racing! It is the perfect end of week workout to help build your ability to exert yourself over long periods of time, as well as enabling you to withstand, resist, and recover injury and fatigue.
