Open Gym is just that… a chance for you to come in and use the gym and equipment at your leisure to work on something specific..

We know that not everyone can commit to 3-5 days a week. We also realize that sometimes you need to test the waters before diving right in, so for this reason we offer 10-CLASS PUNCH CARDS.

FWD.Fit is an open and welcoming community. We pride ourselves on learning from new athletes and sharing our passion for fitness with people from everywhere and anywhere.

Whether you are passing through town or here for a few days, FWD.Fit welcomes you to make yourself at home and train with us or use our Open Gym option.

FOR YOUTH ATHLETES 11+

Our FWD.Fit Youth Program package is offered as a 10-class punch card to be used as and when you want to fit training around your child's schooling and extra curricular activities. 

This is a dedicated weightlifting / Olympic lifting program.
