For men & women that want to work on aesthetics as well as the functional components we focus on in our other classes. 


• This is all about getting strong AND looking good naked. 


• Chasing the pump & get the bod you deserve. 


• Less technical movements (not less technique, technique and form is still key) its less complex technical movements,  but the same intensity of workout. You are going to sweat, you are going to feel the burn! 


A session would run like follows:


Part A focuses on the main compound lift - squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press


Part B focuses on bodybuilding - cap those shoulders, pump those biceps, washboard abs, etc. 


Part C focuses on some form of mixed conditioning (short and sharp)- gotta shed the fat to reveal the gains!
