Our 60 minute NCMETCON class is high intensity training at it’s finest.

Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and Olympic lifts. Every day brings something new.

NCMETCON is all about GPP (General Physical Preparedness). GPP is all about being well-rounded and preparing for “unknown” challenges, it is  a training methodology and mindset that helps prepare athletes for whatever life throws their way. 

NCMETCON will touch all ends of the fitness spectrum but on most days athletes will train right in “the middle” for the most intensity and greatest power output. It is an incredibly diverse program where athletes literally train everything in a multitude of ways; It is full on and full impact. 

NCMETCON workouts help athletes improve their GPP through a unique combination of high-power functional movements, relative intensity, and a conscious variety of duration-loading-volume-complexity.
