The objective of our OLYMPIC LIFTING is to push ourselves through a varied sequence of high impact movements that help us become better humans for our everyday lives. We believe strength training should serve the purpose of building essential muscle groups that will hold, protect and keep our bodies moving freely and without pain for a lifetime. 

Designed to build strength, increase muscle tone and improve conditioning through widely varied and challenging workouts, our OLYMPIC LIFTING classes work with a different key lifts each time, focusing on technique and improving confidence with the barbell.

Our OLYMPIC LIFTING classes are the perfect addition to your NCMETCON and or NCX Functional Training. We recommend all our athlete to try to get to at least one OLYMPIC LIFTING class a week if you can. 

 

OLYMPIC LIFTING classes are available to all UNLIMITED MEMBERS.
