As we head into a new month and towards a new season, we have a very fun week ahead.

For the strength:

Week 6 of 7 Wendler, we’re almost done! Keep the weight light and the technique perfect.

And it’s a DELOAD week! This means you will be hitting 3 sets of 8 reps for your:

STRICT PRESS

FRONT SQUAT

DEADLIFT

We have just had a deload week for the METCON programme, it's something we do to give our bodies and brains a break from the longer time under tension and the heavier weights.

For the workouts:

Longer workouts ahead this week so get strapped in for 15 minutes, 20 minutes, even 25+ minute sweat sessions.

Coach Alex has named his NCX WOW as Tuesday's NCFIT Benchmark aptly named “LATMAN RETURNS”.

10 Wall Balls (20/14)

*Every 4 Rounds complete 400m Run.
