We have just had a deload week for the METCON programme, it's something we do to give our bodies and brains a break from the longer time under tension and the heavier weights.
For the workouts:
Longer workouts ahead this week so get strapped in for 15 minutes, 20 minutes, even 25+ minute sweat sessions.
