CONGRATULATIONS! You have just finished your lengthy Wendler progression so a break from the recent structured rigidity will be most welcome!

HOWEVER...we’ll still have a few days with some strength work, so don’t fret if you've been enjoying the lifting (don't forget we do have NCX & Old lifting class available if you want to do more stuff with the barbell).

BUT, the workouts are where it's at next week, with 3 BENCHMARKS coming down the line!
