This week's programming is just "WOW"... so let's get to it!

It's been a hell of a first week here in Hawthorne, we hope you have all enjoyed it as much as we did.

This week's workouts are 10/10...let's break it down...

For the Strength pieces this week we've got something for everyone. Each day brings something new and exciting; spending time working on Strict Deficit Handstand Pushups, Heavy 3-Rep TNG Power Cleans, Goblet Split Squats, and some Arm and Ab Finishers. It is definitely a jam-packed week ahead!

Yowza! Simple movements, but a very potent workout.

A quick note on this one: Annie is performed on a 10:00 Clock, then a 2:00 rest, and Karen begins at the 12:00 mark. If you finish under that 10:00 cap, awesome - enjoy the extra rest! If you don't finish Annie in under 10:00, that's okay - we still want you getting a 2:00 break before Karen starts - we aren't THAT cruel!

Week two is looking firey, so bring the heat, become unstoppable, and KEEP MOVING FWD.
