Testing testing, 1, 2, 3! It’s that time!
Our 8 week Olympic strength cycle has finally come to a close and it's time to test that heavy 1-Rep in our snatch and clean & jerk!
Lots of overhead Work, snatch and clean progressions and complexes have us primed and ready to hit a new PR.
But as always, lets not get too down on ourselves if that PR lift doesn’t go our way, it’s always more important to love the process instead of the result.
For the workouts get ready for a beautiful week of programming - heavy deadlifts and gymnastics galore with a boatload of conditioning. Plus as summer is fast approaching we’ll be working on those beach muscles too!

This workout is in honor of Jason Khalipa’s daughter who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Any time a Hero workout comes along you know you’re in store for a tough one, but we dig deep and try to find that extra grit to push through. Ground to overhead means you can either snatch, clean & press or any variation of these to get the work done.
Shooters shoot on this one. We hit this WOD every April 21st, let's see if we can add a few more reps in her honor!
