Metcon is getting a small overhaul coming up with a bigger emphasis on snatching and overhead squat work. With that said, we still won’t be neglecting the value of a well rounded GPP, while also seeing some blending from NCFLEX into the program as well. Metcon has two BIG benchmarks coming up next week, but I’ve got to shout out Friday’s Hero workout, DT!

Cardio workout disguised as a barbell workout! This is a repeat workout, last tested on March 20th. We’ve spent loads of time improving our barbell cycling and push jerks. First 2 rounds fly by and then it HITS HARD!
Grip will definitely be a factor in this one, so athletes definitely need to have a plan of attack with how they break this one up!
