Metcon is everything Metcon is supposed to be right now - high skill gymnastics, olympic weightlifting & barbell cycling, and some classic powerlifting. We’ve got a little something for everyone in terms of the strength and skill department for each day. For the workouts we’ll see a few workouts in the longer time domain (20+ minutes) and a few WODs that’ll be more of a mental challenge than physical!
