PEAK WEEK BABY...time to buck up buckaroos, the CrossFit Open HAS ARRIVED!

It's not too late to register, go to to sign up. DO IT. You will regret it if you don't. Everyone in the METCON classes will be doing the CF OPEN workouts on Friday regardless if you choose to participate in the actual competition, so what’s there to lose?!

Our overhead squat strength cycle will finally be coming to a close on Monday where you will be attempting a new 3-Rep Max - let's get those PR bells ready!

Again, our main focus for the METCON class does revolve around the OPEN, however that doesn’t mean that’s the ONLY focus.

Let's see if our engine building has paid off with a retest - our aptly timed WOW is 'STRAIGHT 100' coming Wednesday - a tried and true Benchmark retest that’ll have us primed and ready to throw down come showtime on Friday.
