...And just like that, before ya know it, the Open is behind us. I don’t know about you, but I’m excited and anxious every year for the Open and relieved and glad when it’s over!

Now we’ve got a whole year to work on our weaknesses and improve our fitness.

This coming week we’ve got a lot to get after, starting with week #3 of 8 of our Olympic lifting cycle, including; Tempo Back Squats, a Power Clean + Hang Clean + Split Jerk Complex, and a Hang Power Snatch + Overhead Squat + Hang Squat Snatch complex.

For the workouts, we’re gonna keep it constantly varied with high intensity that’ll challenge the skill based and strength based athletes alike! We’ve got a super fun St Paddy’s Day workout, but I’ve gotta highlight TODAY'S WOW Eliza-Plus!

FOR TIME 27-21-15-9 Power Clean (135/95) Ring Dip or HR Push-up

I love a classic couplet workout and this workout does not disappoint. A gnarly combo of a fast aggressive Pull paired with a challenging Push.
