Stellar workouts all around, getting some awesome strength progressions and odd object conditioning, what’s not to love?!
For our strength this week, athletes will be tackling week #7 of 9 in the Back Squat, Deadlift, Power Clean and Push Press. Wave loading again with 6, 4, 2. 6, 4, 2 - both starting and ending heavier than last week.
We’re starting to put up some big numbers, so get those PR bells at the ready for week 9!
Tough week ahead to shine a spotlight on the WOW, but I gotta show off Friday’s Workout, not a benchmark but a classic NCX style workout that checks all the boxes:
5 ROUNDS FOR TIME*
5 Deadlifts (275/185)
15 Pull-Ups
15 Wall Balls (20/14)

It’s quite difficult to call a workout ‘perfect’ but this is damn close! Hitting all 4 of our main movement patterns (Push, Pull, Hinge, and Squat) in one workout, with moderately heavy loading in a moderate time domain - this is true fitness. What more could you look for to cap off the workweek!
