THIS WEEK AT THE GYM: NCX



Final week of March for NCX, and we are ending March with a BANG💥

I won’t spoil all the fun, but big week ahead!

For the Strength this is our final week of a non-linear strength progression, we’ll be getting after some clean & snatch complexes, strict gymnastics and some extra rotational work. Plus we'll be working on a bit more of our tempo progressions as we’ll be seeing more of them in April.

For the workouts, be ready for some intervals, sprints, and grinds. We have a special benchmark re-test on Tuesday (it’s a fan-fav), but that ain’t the WOW... that title goes to Friday’s newest Benchmark “BRACE FOR IMPACT”

OOF! What an absolute monster of a workout. Loads of hinging, core, and legs.

Respect the volume on this grind-house. Expect this one to take upwards of 25 minutes - so pace accordingly!!
