NCX: Moving right along baby!

NCX is right in that sweet spot right now with the movements, strength and workout lengths - I don’t use the word ‘perfect’ hardly ever, but this is damn near perfect.

For the strength, athletes will be getting after week #5 of 9 of their strength cycle for Push Press, Deadlift, Power Clean and Back Squat.

By now everyone is in the groove with the wave loading patterns, but it's important to not become complacent or be on ‘autopilot’ during these lifts, especially for experienced lifters.

Hitting sets of 8-6-4-8-6-4 starting and ending heavier than last week - hopefully we’re all logging our scores on SugarWOD - its very hard to improve what you don’t measure!

For the workouts athletes will be seeing a few surprise curveballs next week with some unfamiliar movements.. I won’t spoil the fun here but the WOW is definitely Saturdays’s Benchmark “Temple of Doom”
