The year is coming to a close, but NCFIT isn’t letting up on the gas at all.

The final strength cycle is coming to a finale next week! You will be given plenty of time to attempt your heavy 2 reps in their Front Squat, Deadlift and Power Clean.

Let’s ring that PR bell one more time before the ball drops!

For the Workouts, you can look forward to a little bit more focus on some overhead work, a little bit of some NCFLEX vibes, and some longer time domain workouts.
