This past week wrapped up our final strength cycle of the year, hitting our heavy 2’s in the Front Squat, Deadlift and Power Clean.

This coming week we’ll have a nice cornucopia of almost most every lift for our strength - push jerks, sumo deadlifts, conventional deadlifts, and bench press - you can also look forward to seeing some hang squat cleans again.

It’s been some time since we’ve touched on these lifts , but should feel pretty familiar with all the front squat and power clean work you have been doing, now we are tying the two together for one fluid movement!

25/20 Cal Bike
35 DB Thrusters (35lb/20lb)

OOOOOOF!! Moderate deadlifts, moderate calorie bike and some high volume lightweight DB thrusters! Definitely will need a strategy going into this one because it opens up hot and stays hot. Plan your sets, breaks, and try to hold a solid pace on the bike!
