Priscilla went from 105lbs for 10 to 120lbs for 10
Buck went from 265lbs for 10 to 275 for 10.

Coach Alex has a great perspective on 10-REP MAX...' I love 10 rep max lifts, especially when you look at the cumulative amount of weight lifted - for example Priscilla went from lifting 1,050 total pounds to lifting 1200 total pounds. The difference is quite staggering when you look at it from that perspective'.
For strength this week we’ll begin an 8 week cycle building to test a 3-Rep Back Squat, Bench Press and Push Jerk.
