A few workouts are a spinoff or riff of off this week's workouts - you can look forward to a ‘same same, but different’ type feel.
For the strength we’ll be hitting week 3 of 8 for:
- the bench
- back squat
- push jerk.
We’ll be getting a bit heavier than last week, hitting sets of 3’s while maintaining the same tempo 32X1 (three seconds down, pause for two, then explode up).
