THIS WEEK AT THE GYM: NCX W/C 9/27


A few workouts are a spinoff or riff of off this week's workouts - you can look forward to a ‘same same, but different’ type feel.

For the strength we’ll be hitting week 3 of 8 for:

- the bench

- back squat

- push jerk.

We’ll be getting a bit heavier than last week, hitting sets of 3’s while maintaining the same tempo 32X1 (three seconds down, pause for two, then explode up).

'Some Great workouts this week, but gotta give it to NCFIT Benchmark TENET. It’s a spinoff of Fran, but the rep scheme is reversed, plus after a quick rest, we’ll be doing it again but with a heavier thruster and suped up chest to bars!'
