THIS WEEK AT THE GYM NCX: Prioritizing strength is the name of the game for the NCX program.

You are hitting week number 5 of 6 of the current strength cycle - heavy 2’s coming up in the Front Squat, Deadlift and Power Cleans, looking to get heavier than last week's set of 2.

On the off days you will be hitting some bench and strict presses.

For the Workouts: keeping it simple with the push/pull/hinge/squat patterns but will have some different movements and a few workouts that play to the strategist, rather than pure skill!
