NCX This week you can look forward to your 2nd week of the new strength cycle. Lat week you tackled week #1 by hitting 4 working sets in the Deadlift, Front Squat, and Power Clean - 8, 6, 6, 4, building to a moderate weight.

This week, your working sets will be 6, 6, 4, 4 - attempting to get a heavier final set of 4 than week #1.

You can also look forward to a little bit of some NCFLEX vibes!

Everyone knows I’m a sucker for couplets! Increasing weight on those push presses and an increasingly difficult burpee movement. The only saving grace is the decrease of a round with each section. Time to battle the mighty Thanos!
