For the strength this week athletes can look forward to some reverse lunges, double dumbbell Romanian deadlifts, and a big bicep finisher - it's still summer after all! There will also be a little teaser for our Olympic weightlifting cycle starting in two weeks with a; power clean + hang clean + split jerk complex.
For the workouts we’ve got some grinds, a couple of sprints, and a super spicy chipper in store!
But for the 'Workout of The Week' be sure not to miss Tuesday’s Benchmark “21 Jump Street”.

10 rounds!? 10 rounds does seem like a lot but with a smaller rep scheme, this workout is designed for you to try to stay constantly moving throughout. With this in mind be sure the weight on the bar isn’t too heavy - you should be able to come off the box jumps, take a breath or two and get right back to work, so pick a load that works for you.
