Starting week #3 of 9 in the Deadlift, Back Squat, Power Clean and Push Press, hitting some more wave loading sets - 10, 8, 6, 10, 8, 6 - with the intention of starting and finishing heavier than last week.
A very solid week of programming ahead (would we give you anything less?!).

Real fun, spicy push/pull couplet that might lure some into redlining too early if they’re not careful. Gotta respect the total volume of movements as well and start this workout a bit more conservatively.
